Projects

Dekalb County Voter Registration and Elections

Facilitated a Strategic Planning meeting for the board at their retreat. We created Value, Vision and Mission statements; established priorities and objectives; and set goals for performance based on nationally recognized benchmarks and created action items for next steps to formalize the plan.

Road and Drainage Department

Hired to create an organizational and cultural assessment of the Roads and Drainage Division to assess communications, departmental well-being, operations and workflow efficiency, policy and procedural alignment, and to conduct analysis of gaps in culture, workforce planning, and make recommendations based on industry best practices.

Georgia Council on Developmental Disabilities

In partnership with Global Ubuntu supported GCDD’s Welcoming Communities Summit Engaged to co-facilitate a community dialogue to a diverse group of people of all abilities using the World Cafe engagement method - a structured conversational process for knowledge sharing in small groups designed to co-create a vision for what an inclusive and welcoming community should and could be.

Healing Dialogues

Co-founded, launched, designed and convened a community conversation on race. With the goal to build new, constructive relationships across cultures through facilitated sharing of personal stories and discussion prompts.
